Hello and welcome, I'm Anthony Terranova. Many know me as a strength, speed, and conditioning coach, a boxing trainer, and a personal coach. But beyond these roles, I am a relentless learner, a motivator, and an advocate for self-improvement.
My journey in fitness began over a quarter of a century ago. A calling to help others unlock their full potential, physically and mentally, led me down this professional path. Over the years, I've earned certifications from esteemed institutions like NESTA, ACE, and NASM, each one shaping my philosophy and methodology.
But the journey didn't stop there. I understood the significance of evolving with the industry and adapting to the diverse needs of my clients. This realization led to the introduction of specialized programs like women's HIIT training and age-specific boxing classes for kids and adults.

During your first session, we'll start with a consultation to assess your fitness level and discuss your goals. From there, I'll guide you through a tailored workout that introduces you to the basics while setting the foundation for future progress.

You can easily sign up for classes or personal training sessions through the scheduling page on my website. Just select the program and time that works best for you, and you'll be all set!

For most sessions, all you need is comfortable workout clothing, a water bottle, and a positive attitude! For boxing sessions, gloves and wraps will be provided, but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

I ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel a session. This allows me to adjust the schedule and offer the spot to someone else. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a charge.
